Anita Barone

Barone played Gail Cunningham in The Shoes of Seinfeld season 4. She played a cook known as Elaine Benes who wanted shoes. In the early 1990s, Barone made an appearance on Carol & Company alongside Carol Burnett. Barone was also the wife of Carol Willick Ross Geller in Friends' initial episode. Jane Sibbett, who replaced Barone when she left the show due to her desire to be a part-time character in a larger part, was able to fill her. Barone was a guest in The Jeff Foxworthy Show in its first season (from 1995-1996) as well as in The War at Home between 2005 until 2007. Barone was also co-starring in Daddio. Barone also has credits from television which include Desperate Houswives Quantum Leap Empty Nest Chicago Hope Castle Do Not Disturb Ally McBeal Caroline the City Party of Five The Larry Sanders Show. Barone was awarded her Methodfest Best Supporting Actress Award in the year 2004 for her work in the feature film One Last Ride. The following year, three years since The War at Home ended its run Barone began her recurring role in Shake It Up, a Disney Channel sitcom Shake It Up as Officer Georgia Jones the mother of Bella Thorne's character CeCe Jones. Matthew Glave, Barone's actor husband, guest-starred in 2 episodes on Shake It Up in the character as J.J. Jones.
