Teryl Rothery is a Canadian actor from television, stage and film. Janet Fraiser is her most well-known character in Stargate SG-1. She starred in Cedar Cove as Grace Sherman. Other roles include Muriel in Virgin River and Jean Loring in Arrow. Celia Hudson was in Nancy Drew as Celia Hudson. She has also been a part of numerous television shows. Rothery began lessons in dancing when she was nine years of age. In 1995, Rothery considered that this was the start of her professional career as an entertainer. The first of her professional outings as a performer took place in the musical Bye Bye Birdie at age 13 and in the production of Marpole Community Theatre of The Sound of Music at age 14. She was a dancer in The Irish Rovers variety TV series when she was a teenager [2and made her debut on TV at the age of 18 in the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation special for Halloween.
